Tyler worked to replace a broken pane in a storm door. The shattered pane was an unusual size and we of course needed the replacement to fit the original frame securely. Tyler made sure that the replacement would exactly replace the cracked one. Could not be happier.

Jacob and his partner were professional and answered all of my questions. Completed the job as expected at a fair price. It was worth it to repair, rather than to replace, with their good service. I hope they eventually grow to become new window installers in addition to repairmen. Good company. Good service. Ashley on the phone was also responsive and informative. I repaired several glass windows, including balances.

Jacob and Ivan were great. Their helpers were also nice. The owners were easy to work with on the phone. They were very accommodating! Now, back to Jacob and Ivan….. a pleasure to have them in my home. Super company!

Windowman just came to my home and repaired a 22 year old window. Most companies would try and sell you another window. The technicians were superb!! Knew exactly what to do and was in and out in no time. Very, very nice, skilled and knowledgeable . Ivan and his teammate sold me on Windowman! I highly recommend using Windowman for all of your future glass needs and repairs. I know that I will!!

Got directions on internet….I was in a residential area of gainesville without a clue of where it was.. It’s ok…I made my own …didn’t need them!

Overall a great experience with them. My lawn company damaged the window on my sliding glass door, so my HOA hired Window Man to do the job. We did have a few scheduling mishaps, but once they came out to do the job, they were very professional. Furthermore, what lead me to write this review was what happened after. The glass they installed had a manufacturing defect that caused my door to warp – something they had no control over. Their team ended up coming out for three separate trips to correct the issue, with a brand new piece of glass on the third and final visit. Many other companies would have swept this under the rug, ghosted, or not cared, but their team truly cared to get the job done and done right. Great job and thank you for seeing this through.
