Phenomenal work by the entire team. I hired Gainesville Windows and doors to replace two interior French doors and to replace a shower door with an obscure window. The process was excellent start to finish. My sales’s person name was Michael. Michael patiently answered all my questions and help me narrow down my choice for the type of door I ultimately picked. He diligently got back to me on every single question or concern. They custom matched in exterior side of the door grey to match the exterior wall color, keeping the interior white. The result was perfect. The installers , Cody, JeremyTitan and Zac were also excellent. They informed me ahead of time that I might need to touch up the door frames. But when they were done, the frames look really good. The installers were very careful with my interior hardwood floor. They brought and laid down a drop cloth without me having to ask, The new French doors and new bathroom window look better than I could have imagine . We purchased 8 windows of various sizes from Gainesville Windows and Doors. Titan and Zac were our installers, and they did an excellent job as if they were installing the windows in the own home. Everything was handled with care and expertise. Thank you! The windows keep the heat (or cold) outside as well as reducing outdoor noises. Thank you, Gainesville Windows and Doors.

We just had beautiful new PGT windows installed in my home by Gainesville Windows and Doors and I was extremely happy with the crew (Jean-Marc, Ryan, & Jeremy) and their work. More importantly, my wife LOVES the new windows. The whole process was seamless for us as homeowner’s and I appreciate how efficient and professional the crew was despite early July heat in Gainesville. Our two-story home also made the work tougher but I heard no complaining. The guys were all dog-people too and made sure my pup didn’t slip out as they had to work inside and outside. I would highly recommend GWD to anyone!! 5 Star work!

We are so pleased with the doors that Gainesville Windows and Doors replaced for us! So fresh! From the first discussions with Daniel, we knew we would have all questions answered. The installation was done by very skilled problem solvers and carpenters! Jean and Ryan did the bulk of the work, with help from Titan, Zack and Jeremy. They are real craftsmen, not merely installers. Highly recommend!
