I am a realtor and I always recommend Affordable Window Systems. I used them myself for impact windows for my condo and was extremely pleased with the price, service, and installation. The installers are so professional and careful. They cover any areas where they will be working and when they are gone, you will never know that a contractor has been there. Their windows are very high quality. I have had mine now for six years and they are like new. This is the window company that you will want to do business with.

UPDATE – see the business reply and consider this, the owner/manager of this company displays a perfect example of narcist. ” With a circle apology, a narcissist starts by actually apologizing. The words, “I’m sorry” come out of their mouth. However, they don’t stop there. By the time they are done talking, you find that you are on the defense. You are under attack and feel like everything was and is your fault. Than this rocket scientist tries to compare a door and window business to a menu to have dinner. In all seriousness this is the typical non sense you see from so many shady business any more. I guess this gentlemen has never heard of zoom. So what was originally just a bad review turned into” Buyer Beware of this business.” What he really meant to say in his reply is -“We are basically door to door salesmen kind of the like the old vacuum business” that used to go door to door. To try and get people to purchase and convince them at that very moment. It is the old Kirby Vacuum sales trick. Of all places where 50 percent of the homes are owned by ” snow birds”. Judge for yourself, I say clearly this company should be avoided, lots of red flags for any consumer here. This company is so out of touch with reality. Called them to get a estimate for replacing 5 doors. We are snow birds and currently not in Fort Myers , this company would not even give us an estimate unless BOTH my wife and I were at the home at the time the supposedly technician would try to sell us on the doors. We have 25 year old son who takes care of the property while we are gone 6 months out of the year. This company has not a clue how to treat people , and really they don’t care about your business, apparently they have to much business already. Beware of this company , any company that would say something like this in south west Florida clearly had no idea of even their own market. We were lucky not to doge this bullet with these folks. We even offered to do a zoom call, nope not good enough, they wanted us to fly back so they could come do their sales pitch. windows came on time and installed in one day! one window slightly damaged from shipping but was reordered and replace, no issues. I didn’t get the repair techs name but was on time, very efficient, and did an excellent job.

The crew from Affordable Window Systems were positively outstanding! They were careful, respectful of the exisiting property and super clean from beginning to end. I had 20 windows and 2 sliders replaced, which was a big job. The whole processes qnd end result has exceeded my expectations.

Jason the salesman was great. And my windows arrived in a reasonable time as promised. The installers did a quick and amazing job. Only one issue I have is that after my county inspection was complete I have to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and finish putting up the trim. They just assume everyone one is home everyday of the week.
