Terrible company. Anyone else you choose will be better than these guys! Did a sloppy job in ordering replacement windows and refused to make it right. If you do decide to use them, make sure you do NOT pay them in advance because they will not stand behind their work.

While Chris did his best to make things right, it just doesn’t make up for the rest of a terrible experience. They sold me exterior doors that delaminated after 1 year. After agreeing to cover them under their warranty we agreed to buy more doors from them for a remodel. It’s taken over 6 months to receive the doors under warranty, and I am still waiting. On top of that, the owner sent me to collections without any warning and after I had paid for all doors delivered. These doors aren’t cheap, and you should expect higher quality from both the product and customer service than what Accurate provides. Look elsewhere. UPDATE! After waiting for a year for replacement doors, they sent out one that was warped and one that was cut incorrectly! You can’t make up just how terrible this experience was for me. Luckily they refunded my money, FINALLY, but I don’t think I can ever get those literal years of dealing with this company back. Also, Chris did his best and was friendly throughout the process. There is something incredibly broken about how that company makes doors, and no amount of customer service can overcome poor craftsmanship.

This business is a complete trainwreck and dysfunctional. Repeated problems over and over and trying to get taken care of is a whole other story. One of these reviews is an employee and this company can delete reviews. You aren’t getting real feedback from consumers.

UPDATE July 2022 – we are fixed now, I did finally get in touch with someone there that communicated what was happening and really did push to get us fixed. Sounds like there were a number of problems with the supplier. While it took quite a while, I am overall happy with windows and their service. Original review: Incredibly disappointed in the service and support we’ve received from this company. We spent a good deal of money on new windows for our new house and we’ve been getting the run around for 12 months, that’s right 1 year from when these were put in and still don’t have a sliding door part. I’ve called numerous times and always hear some story about this or that, but have yet to get this fixed.

We were the victim of a bad exterior door installer when we called Accurate – we were stuck with a hole in our exterior wall in the middle of a CO winter. These guys hooked us up with a door in a matter of hours at a ridiculously affordable price, custom hung it for us in a frame to fit, and really saved us. Plus the quality of our new door is exponentially better than anything we found and Lowes or HD. Can’t be more thankful!

HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for a barn door for our basement. Because of low ceilings, tight clearances and not allowing for 6-8 weeks lead time, I needed customized products. Nuno bent over backwards to get me what I needed and he was able to do it within the tight time frame I was working with. The shop was able to cut down the door and shorten the track so that everything fit perfectly in the space we had and was still ascetically pleasing and functional. It also closely matched or beat the prices of similar quality products I found on line and at the big box stores All of this was done with the highest professionalism and courtesy. Forget the big box stores. You will be happy you came to Accurate Window and Door Center.

I submitted a complaint to the BBB about Accurate Window and Door Center and after almost a month the company has not responded. Accurate’s salesman, John, quoted me a price of $11,592 for 13 windows plus an installation fee of around $4,000. He did not disclose that he was ordering the windows from a big box store at a cost of $4,796. I could have ordered windows from the big box store myself. Accurate also uses contracted versus employed installers – or at least that was the plan for my job. I spoke with two other window installers in the Denver area who said they would add a 10% mark-up on windows purchased for a client from a big box store when charging $4,000 for the installation. I would not recommend this company.
