We had Beyers Wi order Cascade windows for our new House. Had numerous problems with everything window and slider. It has been 5 months still not fixed. The Owner Greg does not return phone calls or emails. We are very dissatisfied.

I had to call eight times just to get them to place the order. Each time it was like oh yeah, what’s your phone number and email again? From when I asked for something to be ordered to when the order actually got placed was almost four months, then another month and a half for delivery and install. When I asked about the color specs was told to call the manufacturer. I’ll use a different supplier in the future. Per your note: The order was never put in until months after I called several times and I was told each time you couldn’t find my contact info. Further, I left out I asked for other kit to be ordered prior to this window which was never quoted or ordered despite several calls, so I find the response a bit disingenuous. I wish you the best on sorting through these issues.

From the start 5 years ago, it has been a PAIN, still trying to get a sliding door put in my basement, Scott has been out several times & measured? basement windows that were installed 5 years ago, almost close! NOT! Scott has been out after several calls to look at them, 1 of the 4 is way too small, a small truck can be driven through where seal hits frame? no one seems to want to fix this issue, or even call back, My experience with this company was HORRIBLE, I would recommend that anyone looking for windows or doors goes anywhere but here~!
