We had 3 windows and a patio door replaced by Rick and Lane over the course of 2 days. The quality of the windows is excellent, as others have reported. There’s a noticeable difference in heat transmission as compared to our old windows. Rick and Lane did a great job on the installation. They did an excellent job of protecting rooms and carpets, and they cleaned up each day, inside and out. They patiently answered my questions and dealt with all issues raised by my wife or me. In particular, I appreciate Rick’s careful attention to detail when re-trimming the windows. The windows look great, inside and out! These windows are an expensive proposition, but, so far, I find them to be a good value. We will replace more based on this experience!

I had an appointment setup for tomorrow and they canceled on me and refused to come out. The reason, my wife wouldn’t be around as she is traveling in Europe. Their reasoning was they don’t want to have to come out a second time should your wife want to make changes. I get that, but I explained to them she is traveling for months while our house is undergoing a complete renovation and addition, including new windows all around, and she didn’t want to be here during that process. Their will be times where the water is turned off for a week, and so forth and that was why she didn’t want to be around. Still they wouldn’t keep the appointment I moved my entire schedule around to make. I hear their windows are the best, but canceling at the last minute on a customer who is ready to drop $25,000 on windows in the next month and refusing to work with me is very unprofessional.

Attempted to schedule a bathroom window replacement and was told there is a 3 window minimum purchase. Thanks for trying to squeeze money of me for no reason. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend for smaller jobs.

James Mertzweiller and his brothers did an amazing job on our window installations. They were polite, hard working, patient, and splendid craftsman. We had two kitchen windows, a bay window, and a complicated bedroom door and window combination installed in our home near Boulder. From start to finish, the job was done in a professional way including clean-up. We are delighted with the final products. Our home is absolutely beautiful with the addition of the new windows/door. We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson, our sales rep Donovan, and the Mertzweiller Team.

Wayne Buzzell an Mark did an excellent job installing 40 windows and 3 doors in our home. They arrived on time and kept the areas they were working in clean. The windows were installed in two phases and I made sure that everyone understood that if Wayne was not available when the windows arrived for the second phase then I would wait until he was. The windows look great!!!!!!

The team is fantastic – we just had 9 windows replaced and I can easily endorse Renewal by Andersen Boulder as a go-to company/team for new windows. The guys were clean, courteous, thorough and the windows look fantastic. We recently had oak floors installed and I was paranoid they’d get hurt during the new window installation process. The floor covers Rob and Larry used and the fact they carefully moved all equipment = perfect floors at end of job. Thanks, guys! Final note … I was trying to move a trailer with a harmed tire to the local tire shop – lots of extra effort required due to flat tire. Larry saw me struggling and helped me get tire ready for transit. These guys are the best.
