Ray had always been known for his meticulous work and attention to detail. When you called him to install your window screens, you knew you were in good hands. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and a friendly smile. Ray started by carefully measuring each window to ensure the screens would fit perfectly. He then cut the screens to size with precision, making sure there were no rough edges. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and gave you tips on how to maintain the screens for longevity. Once the screens were ready, Ray expertly installed them, making sure each one was secure and fitted snugly into place. He tested each screen to ensure it was properly installed and that there were no gaps for bugs to sneak through. By the time he finished, your windows looked great, and you felt confident that your home was now well-protected. Ray’s professionalism and skill left a lasting impression, and you couldn’t help but feel grateful for the excellent job he did. Thanks to Ray, you could now enjoy fresh air without worrying about pesky insects invading your home.

The glass shop just finished the work completely replacing our home’s nearly 40 year-old windows and triple-paned sliding glass door. The new windows and door are fantastic, and the products and service were very reasonably-priced (literally $4k less expensive than the big box store installer’s quote for the same work and windows). Special thanks to the install technicians Richard and Donnie for their great work!

Happy to share that Donny and Richard did a very professional job installing multiple new/retrofit Anlin windows and a new sliding door. They were very pleasant to work with and very productive completing everything in 2 full days. Highly recommend.

We recently had new windows installed throughout our home. It looks absolutely beautiful, keeps our home cooler and the reduction in outside noise is such a treat! Juan and Donnie are true professionals and very skilled at what they do! The Glass Shop was easy to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend them! An easy 5 stars.

The Glass Shop has been wonderful! They’ve helped me with a couple of different projects and are always great. Juan and Kyle installed my kitchen window. They were professional, kind, and clean!! I’ll definitely call them for future needs.

Brought in a cracked mirror to salvage as much as possible.. I was in & out in 10 minutes! Everyone from front desk to shop crew was great! From what I experienced the family unit with this business is top notch! Thanks guys!

The new window looks great. I wasn’t around for the installation, my son was and he states the crew was very professional. One thing to gripe about was that when removing the old window, lots of pieces of broken glass was left outside on the ground. This was not there prior to removing the window, as the sheet of tempered glass was still in one piece. I’m still very happy with the installation.

We had several companies come out to our home in Quail Lake and give us bids. Scott provided the best presentation and pricing was in line with other area providers so we decided to move forward. We opted for Anlin Catalina series and broke our project into 5 phases. We ordered phase 1 (3 windows) and they were installed today. WOW…Juan & Donny were here in the morning and their professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find these days! I am very particular and detail focused and they exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. Thank your Visalia Glass Shop and we look forward to our next Phase!!
