We had four estimates. Builders wasn’t the cheapest, but won our business with professional knowledge, attention to detail, quality products, and excellent communication. Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. No sales pitch, just discussion of requirements and the attributes of products available to meet them. Delivery and installation went smoothly, with good support and followup throughout from Nathan. The Bella Vista installation team did an awesome job. Our Milgard Trinsic Windows are beautiful. This was a good experience. I recommend.

I went there to get prices for two 8’x9′ sliding glass doors. And, for replacement slides for some of my Marvin windows that I bought there 14 years ago. Shiv was the salesman. He was very thorough and seemed to know the products. At the end of the visit he said he would email me quotes for 4 varieties of doors I had chosen. And, get info about the window slides. I emailed him pictures of my old door areas and of my window issue. Called him once & emailed him again. It’s been 4 weeks. Haven’t heard anything from him. So I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Our experience at Builders Window Supply was great. We worked with Dave to help us choose the correct door. He took allot of time to take us through the show room and explain our options and we couldn’t love the WinDor system we choose more! The doors were delivered on time and the installation crew that Builders recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend this company!!

I had a wonderful experience with Builders Window Supply. My windows were measured by an expert and I received great service with what product to order. I thought the windows would take a very long time but everything arrived fairly quick. I put the LaCantia Doors in and use them everyday. The best investment so far for our family. All in all everything was well laid out and when I order the remaining 4 windows in the future I will use them again. Thank you Builders window supply. Caron Schraeder

Went to Builder’s Window Supply hoping to find parts to repair my 20 year old Marvin windows. Nathan was super helpful in identifying all the right parts. Ordering and payment process was quick and easy. And parts were delivered promptly. BWS is the place to get your new or replacement windows and parts.

From phone call to initial order consultation all the way to pickup, I had the best experience with Nathan Alexander and Builder’s Window Supply. The communication, detail and service were excellent and the brand roster is something you’d never find at a big box store. I was simply ordering 1 window but they treated me with the same care and expertise as if I was a big time contractor ordering a complete window/door schedule. Prices were fair and lead time was as communicated at time of order. All expectations were met and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Nathan!

As part of a backyard remodel, we converted our sliding glass door into an outward swing french door. Nathan Alexander from Builder’s Window Supply helped me with the selection. He went through the pros and cons of the materials and I chose a Milgard product, which I’m happy with. He also referred me to Raul Marquez of Distinct Windows and Doors for installation. The sill width on the old door was not standard, so Nathan and Raul worked together to ensure that I ordered the correct size. Delivery was right on schedule, and Raul’s team did an excellent job of installation.
