We had Whiteshield replace a slider patio door and opted for the dog door option. I wanted it in the sliding part of the door but Benito suggested that it would be better on the stationary side. On the day of install, the installer let me know that the door will not open completely because of the dog door on the stationary side. He said that he could cut a notch in the vinyl but it still will not solve the issue because the panel to keep the dogs in has a button that is necessary for release. We now have a slider that is about 50% smaller than the slider that we took out!! We can’t take large items to our backyard through the house, which we have always counted on! While we accept that it was our decision and our lack of research and question asking, the negative review is mostly due to lack of customer service/response. I have reached out to Benito, asking if there is anything that we can do, even if we have to pay for the modifications, and he will not respond. We are extremely disappointed in this whole experience. I would recommend doing extra research if you are considering taking their suggestions and do not expect anything from them once they have your money.

We got windows from Whiteshield.They are awesome.We noticed noise reduction right away.Less dust.Temperature change in the house during the day and night is way different.Sergio and Steve did our installation and d8d a fantastic job.We are very happy.Thankyou.

The replacement windows are better than I expected. Beautiful tight fit, easy slide and less energy usage. Win! Win! Conformed to CC&Rs and a huge improvement. Thank you WhiteShield
