Amazing Company!

This company is an absolute sham. We have a new build home through Pulte Group/Homes in Rancho Mirage, CA. The type of windows installed, and the installation, allows sand to literally pour through the windows and sliding glass doors. We originally had these people come out and “fix” the issue while we were under our 1 year warranty with Pulte. Now I am told that we are not within our warranty but we can pay for labor. This will end up being a California State Contractor’s License Board claim based on poor workmanship and quality build. Greg Papp, Owner and President, should be ashamed. Do not purchase/do not use these people.

GREAT PRICES AND WINDOWS. We live in a triple wide mobile home and needed to replace our windows. Went to several places for retrofit windows and the prices were ridiculous. I found this company called and ask a few questions and bought my windows here. Went in ordered them (6 large windows), picked them up about a week later and installed them ourselves. We are very pleased on how easy it was, it took 2 days to complete the installation. The staff were very polite and explained the types of glass and the different types of framing. When i left we had no questions or second thoughts.

Horrible! The first time they were out, all the glass for the ordered hadn’t been prepared The second time, they had broken some of the glass. The third time, they are no shows. I had an appointment that they called to confirm last Friday. I waited all afternoon. No show. There is never a follow up from them. I have to call and their next available appoint is in the distant future and I’m not requesting any particular time or day of the week. It has been months. Actually, it March it will have been a year, trying to get this done.

Mary Ann is so helpful and the pricing helps me to be able to make a living as a contractor, the quality of the windows are the same or better than home Depot or Lowe’s so I will continue to shop here!

It was so nice seeing the windows done so quickly… Just be early to pick them up if you get there before closing they will not be able to give you the full order also when you are early they have people to help you load. Early is always best!!!
