I was interested in getting new windows for a home remodel and my contractor recommended Madison. I had already ordered Milgards as I had seen their facility years ago. Milgards have a long wait and I was looking to save some time. Almost three months. I called about touring their facility and talked to Ismael. He answered my questions and we set up touring their facility. I was impressed with the PVC material and glides used. Glass is the same supplier as Milgard. They could have them in 2 weeks. Fast! They were also about 25% cheaper. My only complaint was the finishing on the welded seams are cleaned by hand and a little rough. They offer warranties on their windows too. I didn’t end up ordering as I have already been waiting 6 weeks for the Milgards and I wouldn’t have saved much time. I would definitely consider using them if I had it to do over.

I now buy my Windows from Madison Windows. They have Great prices and very good customer service. I normally get my windows with in 2 weeks, sometime 1 week. Ruben and Ismael are 2 really great guys. They know how to take care of their customers. Milgard takes to long (up to 6 months) Madison is the Best Window Dealer in the Inland Empire. Great Prices, Great Customer Service. Thanks Guys. 🙂

The quality of the windows is great. They were prompt, very professional & polite. If I had questions, I got a quick call back to answer my concerns. The installation people were very professional, too. I am super pleased & I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’m a licensed contractor and I was severely disappointed with their service. They are not professional at all. They do not care about their customers either. I have given them several chances on different occasions, the supervisor would not talk to me in order to solve the problem. Be careful with your money. They give you a price but when it’s time to buy it, it’s completely different from what they had originally said.
