These folks are RAWKSTARS. They show up when they say the will. I wish I could remember the man’s name that did the work at my house today. He arrived @ 8:00 sharp, treated my doors as if they were his own, very professional, clean, and took care of business. Recommend them to anyone in need of anything related to doors and/or windows.

Like some reviews here, talked to a lady with my wife about sliding doors, yet to receive a call back for the quote. Has been weeks. We called back to remind them…. still no quote. What a waste of time.

Last month we had Terry come to our home and measure for 17 windows. We never received an estimate from him. Four weeks later, we went to the Rancho Cucamonga store and spoke with Shirley for over an hour and selected two entry door options. Again, we never received an estimate.This company wasted our time twice, and for that reason I deem rather unprofessional. Since then, we purchased new Milgard Tuscany windows, and a beautiful mahogany wood door with beveled glass and sidelites from two other businesses. .

I have shopped here several times. When I actually purchased my front door from them, it was awesome. Fantastic quality, fast, competent installation and all deadlines met. Really made a huge difference in the look of my house. However, when I have tried to get an idea of what a new door project is going to cost, it has been a little more frustrating. I get handed a brochure and I leave not really knowing more than when I start and I lose interest. I always get the feeling that my prospective business does not really matter to them. I intend to eventually replace every hollow core door in my house and I need to get on it. I will try again this week and review after. *Edit* I have since purchased two more doors. It was a night and day experience. Terry knows I am installing these doors as a surprise gift for my husband and he is helping me with the craziness. They rushed the deadlines and are making sure everything is perfect. I could not ask for more and I could not get this at Lowes.

A few years back, we purchased Milgard Vinyl Dual-Pane Windows from DP Doors. We have a lot of windows in our 2 story home and DP Doors did an excellent job installing all the windows. We are still enjoying our windows and we’d highly recommend DP Doors!
