Rebecca does not know how to take responsibility for her actions. She cancelled an order INTERNALLY and failed to let the owner know. She then ASSUMED it was ok. On top of that, she hung up on me when asked to speak to a supervisor!

I would never recommend this company. Faulty install, low quality product, and lack of communication. Plus no show to fix the issues I’ve been having. DO NOT PAY CASH as you will have no recourse to get your money back. Thankfully I paid via a credit card and am working with my creditor to get my money back.

Simply horrible!! This company will install windows even if it’s not the right way. Why would you sale me a window you can’t install right, and do not have skilled people for the job?? I am left with this botched window. We complain to them. They send off the same crew a few days after. Crew told us they couldn’t fix the issue and the office told them something completely different. Why would you send us the same people who botched the installation back for something they’re not skilled to do? Again we complain and they told us, they’ll send someone else and fired that crew since they were stealing from them. At this point anyone they hire we don’t want in our house, we lost complete thrust in this company. They already lied to us, even lied to their own crew who knows who they’ll send to my house. They even threaten us to bill us for them sending the crew the 2nd time to our house even though they did no work. Now I’m finding out this company is not even licensed!! Unlicensed, unskilled workers, expensive windows, horrible customer service, unprofessional, untrustworthy and according to them thieves they’re sending to our homes!. I’m completely disappointed and saddened. Something I was looking forward became such a horrible experience.

They showed up when scheduled and the windows were all correct in size, shape, and slide direction! The installers did a great job and it all went smooth. They cleaned up after themselves as if they had never even been there.An absolute turn around from my first experience with them. I gave them another chance and they knocked it out of the park. My first job was 24 windows and 2 sliding doors…this one was 10 windows and 1 slider. A job well done!

Horrible can’t describe how bad this company and their sub contractors are!! PLEASE trust all the bad reviews on this as they are exactly what happened to me. Made the mistake to pay them, they promised me 2 weeks, it’s now 5 months and I’m struggling to get a hold of anyone. No one takes responsibility over the butchered windows and sliding door. I overpaid for “custom sized and color” windows which were NOT made to fit my house, the paint is botched and the frames are all bent from installation. I pointed out all these problems when they were being installed and all I got was “call the company and as for new ones”. The company doesn’t take any responsibility and the installers either…. btw I never received my door screen. Every time I ask for it they say it was taken to the wrong job site. So bring it to the correct address that OVER PAID FOR IT.

I scheduled to fix 3 windows twice that are factory defect and they haven’t show up yet . Very bad service.

Fernando did an excellent job on the install for this project! Our old sliding door was starting to have issues, and they swapped it out for a new one. He was professional and the job was finished quickly, we are pleased with the results.
