I purchased two 3×4 windows a 6ft sliding and set of French doors ,which were all Millgard. Happy with the Millgard products. Didn’t really care for the demo for as the used sledgehammers to remove windows and doors. We believe that weakened the surrounding stucco , which you can see the cracks. So when raining you can see the moisture inside the house. Replacing the stucco every heavy rain season is frustrating

The team at Royal Pane Windows and Doors were amazing. They expertly advised me on the best options for my condo and even made suggestions on how the windows should be installed. They came out and measured and explained the process in detail. The communication made us feel like they cared about our job and were excited to help us upgrade our home. The workers were prompt and respectful and got the windows and slider installed above our expectations. I would definitely suggest using Royal Pane Windows and Doors.

5-star service all the way around! Just replaced 10 windows and 1 8ft slider most were original aluminum framed some replaced in the late 80’s. We selected the Milgard Tuscany line and we love them! You can get quality windows anywhere, what u can’t get anywhere is the level of service we received from start to finish. The owner Jeff is always easy to get a hold of and answers any questions or concerns when he visits your home for measurements and helps with deciding which style window and sizes to go with. On the day of install Cory his installer was on time, friendly and was a superior craftsman, his installs were super clean, I also had them re-case all my windows and they look great! Before you pull the trigger on new windows and doors stop by there showroom or give them a call for a quote. If u don’t want superior service and follow-up go elsewhere!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We updated from aluminum single pane windows to the Milgard Tuscany product and we couldn’t be happier. I went to their showroom to see the product up close and was already happy with the bid but when they came out for final measurements they made some suggestions about when to go with one or two openings and it saved us even more! Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable about the product. The response time from Royal Pane is awesome, Jeff even gives his cell phone number and is very quick to answer any questions. Very pleased with the product, competitive pricing, and the customer service!
