I had 2 very large windows in my house that were needed to be replaced. One window had a leak in the past and I wanted to fix them before rain season starts. We did some research and booked appointments with different companies. Paul represented South Valley windows and came to assess our windows in mid of November. He quickly gave his comments on condition of these two windows and mentioned that it will take about 2-3 weeks for windows to arrive and then due to upcoming Thanksgiving it might take a little bit longer, so basically saying expect job to be done within 1 month. Paul asked for email where he can sent quote and that was it. I did not hear from him for few days, so I decided to visit their shop which he invited to visit during our appointment. My goal was to order windows before Thanksgiving to minimize waiting period. Their showroom is locating 3-5 min away from my house, so when I got there I was told Paul is not in the office. I checked with a clerk that my email and phone number are correct and left. I did not hear back before and after Thanksgiving. Then did not hear in December. Of course nothing happened before or after Christmas. It has been 2.5 months and I am happily enjoying new windows from another company, but South Valley windows company ended up unprofessional and flaky. We are always trying to support local businesses, but this company appears does not care about their locals.

I called to ask about a leak from a window in my home and the owner took his time to explain to me the proper action to take regarding the issue. What a nice company! He even told me what to buy! We need more business like this who actually care about their customers and their community. Thank you once again!

Had a great experience with South Valley Windows. We had a very challenging replacement of a screen door. Paul was awesome in his work to make it perfect.

I have used South Valley Window on several projects and have never been disappointed. They are efficient, friendly, communicate, and competitive. I don’t even bother calling anyone else when I have to do window replacement. Recently they installed a 16′ wall of windows and and I’m completely happy.

These guys are super friendly and really reasonably priced. I used them several times and found them to be consistent in service and pricing.
