Excellent product and service! Bentson Windows replaced all of the windows in a rental house our family owns. I shopped around for Milgard Windows, and Bentson’s quote was the best. The crew was clean, on time, and efficient. I love the look of the new windows, and my tenant says the new windows make a huge difference in insulating the home from the cold, and they have reduced the outside noise. I highly recommend this company for replacement windows and doors in the San Jose area.

Tim Bentson and team did a fantastic job replacing several windows and a glass sliding door at our house. The price was very competitive, they accommodated certain other restrictions we had around timing, and arrived at the promised day/time and did an excellent job + cleanup. Tim communicates very professionally and is friendly, and even during quoting was able to provide quotes for a couple of different configurations for us to decide the best course of action. Businesses like Bentson Windows and Doors prove that working with local businesses can be fulfilling AND cost-effective. We highly recommend them.

I guess you get what you pay for. Wish I could give them 0 stars. They installed a premium Milgard window as a replacement, though they knew it was ‘not square’. Stuffed some insulation to make it look neat. After few months, the noise and heat come into the house through the window itself is good. It’s as bad as my old dual pane windows now! Called and left messages, but got no response.

Bentson Windows and Doors has been a main vendor in this county for years. Tim Bentson is a professional and he takes very good care of his clientele. I have bought windows and doors from him and have been very satisfied. I’ve also referred clients, friends and family members to him and they have all been very happy with his work. He takes personal care to follow up after the installation is completed.

Tim is a great guy and real pleasure to work with. We got two other quotes (Home Depot and Argonaut) and Tim was not only the best price, but also just seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the type of guy you would want to do business with. Window install was quick, took a day and a half for 10 retrofit windows and a slider. Window quality is good so far (been a few weeks). We had one screen that came with a hole in it that Tim replaced in his shop rather than us having to go through Milgard warranty. The only reason my review is not a 5 is that when they caulked around the outside of the windows they did not do the cleanest of jobs and the trim ended up needing to be painted. Tim ended up splitting the cost with us, but still seems like it was something that could have been prevented to begin with, or at least we could have been told upfront that it could be an issue we would have to deal with. Even with that I would still recommend Bentson Windows.
