We are doing a complete rebuild of a house. So far Belmont Pioneer has been 5 star for their service alone. Their prices have been good (and trust me, I shop around… a lot!) But they’re the only door vendor I talked to that came and walked the construction site TWICE and did measurements and walked with me to make sure all doors swing the right way. We will wait and see the doors that are delivered, but so far we have been very happy and have full confidence in Katey and the rest of the team.

I would give negative stars if I can. We placed $15,000 worth of windows and they measured one of the windows incorrectly (despite most windows are of same size). You would expect a professional to at least make the measurements correctly. Even placing the order was a hassle. The manager is very rude and doesn’t care about customers. I would avoid them at all costs.

Glenn was very helpful in getting me skylights, doors and crown molding. Staff us very friendly, helpful and prices are often cheaper than big box stores (HD or Lowes) Will happily buy from them again for future home improvements.

Robbyn with Belmont Door & Window get 5 stars. Our architect knew of her work for years and in addition our contractor had a special set-up with her. From the beginning she walked me through options for what we were looking for with examples of doors, door levers and other items to match style and budget. (I especially like the wooden laundry door and front door in matisse blue). After getting the items together from complete list she came out to the house to measure door openings etc. I highly recommend to request she come for a site visit if your project is large enough to do so. Because we ordered many items there was an item that arrived in the wrong size and she swiftly exchanged.

John Ingebrigtsen does not service their clients, blames client for all orders not verified. John did not take measurements on our doors and took our money and when doors came incorrectly blame the clients and charge them extra for their errors
