My relationship with Walker Windows is unique in that I have purchased from them as a customer, I have worked alongside them on commercial projects, and sold some of our companies’ products to them over the past decade and a half. I have dealt with the owner Troy Jenkins directly on many occasions, as well as many of his team members from managers to installers and warehouse & sales staff. Walker Windows has always proved to be the best value hands down, and with some insight I have been fortunate enough to see the inner workings of this company. Let me tell you that the way this company is operated & managed is simply inspirational. They have continually proven to be the best, and I have consistently seen this through real life performance. I am in process of wrapping up a very decent sized project with Walker Windows. I will say that their attention to detail and drive to provide the best installations in the business is first class. Everyone from the project manager to the guys unloading trucks are always on the same page and communicate better than most companies I have worked with in the past. I had the opportunity to speak to the owner, Troy Jenkins, he is really passionate about doing the job right the first time and keeping lines of communication open with his partners. I’m about 1 week into seeking help for my sliding glass with a warped track and I can see where this is going. “It’s the manufacturer’s fault and we are only the installer”. I’ve sent pics and have never even received a call back and feel I’m going to get jerked around. I think this window company is one you need to stay away from because my experience so far is just like the other people’s experience.
