Welp, after coming to the reviews of this company, I am super glad that Gary K (risk manager) referred me to Google rather than actually helping me with a large purchase of some windows. I reached out wanting information on some windows, he referred me to Google. The funny thing is, Google is how I found them. After explaining that I am having a hard time locating my windows and would like to get a quote from him for some, he then told me to research on a website he sent me. I now know who NOT to ever do business with and I’ll be sure to pass the word on. This guy is an absolute useless tool.

XO Windows installed our new build windows. In just over 2 years, our windows started leaking. I have called twice, left messages, and sent an email detailing our damages with photos. I have yet to get a response from the company. We would like them to come take a look and remedy the situation, but have not been contacted at all.

Not reliable. They didn’t show up twice and waisted 8 hrs of my time. Not to sound self righteous but I said don’t reschedule or come back I’m done with them. There are more companies out there that I’ll contact. Bad reviews aren’t good and I’ve already seen 3 plus my review! !!!

Run from this company. They take all the money upfront before rendering any services. I told them I’d be willing to pay them as soon as they arrive so that I know who they are…and they refused that. Fishy 2 me

Frontline staff terrible! Accountability for awful work 0. I’ve been back and forth with this company to fix an issue that they were aware of before I moved in. If you see them as a subcontractor for your home run! They are truly the worst !!

Unfriendly staff, probably one of the most cold people I’ve worked with. The environment was toxic and uncomfortable. Avanti windows is better, they stand by their product, they care, and the install about 90% of the valleys new build windows. XO windows is not good. Had builders tell me so and they switched over to Avanti. If you’re looking for a window company I can tell you XO is not the place to call. They won’t return phone calls the managers and women in customer service are unfriendly and unorganized, everything is paper and a lot gets lost. That’s a fact.

Installed damaged windows, tried to repair, doesn’t return phone calls and when they do they tell you it will be 3-4 weeks minimum for any service. Six months in a new house and still have damaged windows that they installed and knew the trim had been warped and heat damaged. Run from this company

I wouldn’t use anyone else for my windows and sliding door , they just installed the patio screen door . They are courteous and professional . All my windows and sliding doors were installed by them.

Good customer service and friendly people. Had an installer named Gaudencio come and fix our broken patio door, very clean and professional
