Worst company to deal with. Whole home windows replacement. Windows leaking bad install. Cost me 15k more to have another company fix reinstall windows. Will be taking legal action. Save yourself the headache avoid.

This is the worst company ever. Don’t use them. They measured 3 times and the doors still came out wrong and had to be reordered. They don’t do their own installs, they sub it out.

Same as deb, installed spring of 2020, awoke to shatterd inside panel for NO REASON, contacted both wholesale and Cascade (who mfct’d it HERE IN PHX) Neither honored any warranty, didnt even send someone out to look at it. Found out it was a DISONTINUED product from Cascade.

Stay away from this place!!! We were patient with them not getting our door and windows installed when we were promised and it did not matter to them!!! Our patio door is less than 2.5 years old and the outside window shattered for absolutely NO REASON (unless you count poor manufacturing)! They do not honor replacement with their lousy warranty!! Do not…I repeat, do not buy your doors or windows from them!! You will thank me later!

We were very happy with our installation and service. We know multiple people in our area who have worked with this company and are also happy. Brian and Tiffany are very professional and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I will gladly pass along their info.

Lack of Communication, Customer Care, and Follow-Through! We had just moved into our home in September, and after reading reviews, we made an appointment; Robert came out and, at the time, seemed very helpful. He was there to take our money and quickly forgot our name when the order was incorrect when we called to ask for his help to make it right. Installation Day: the windows arrived in the wrong sizes/shapes. We requested the installer have someone from the office call us to explain what happened- no call or communication. An hour later, I called the main office and left a voicemail requesting someone call me before anything was reordered – no return call. I called Robert with the same information – no callback. Wednesday, I called at 8:30 am (frustrated I was the person following up). Lissa apologized, asked to come “re-measure the windows,” and shared that they had already re-ordered windows without our approval. Reluctantly, we agreed to meet Friday @ 9:00. On Friday, when Lissa was a no-show, I called the office at 9:30 to learn she had a personal matter and could not make the appointment, but the company was not aware she was even coming out to our house. At this point, we opted to ask for our deposit back to look for a different window company; from what we have experienced, this is a communication trend, and we don’t have faith or trust that their communication would be different if we needed warranty assistance. Traci, (the one person who was helpful) put us in contact with Jamie, the COO, via email, who has followed the same lack of communication style as other people in the company who didn’t respond to our emails and sent us a check for half our deposit without any explanation. We do not recommend this organization; they do not call or respond to your emails.

Tyshon and his install crew were amazing. They did masterful work and were very professional. Their attention to detail and work ethic was beyond compare. We have had a lot of installations and renovations in the last few months and they one of the best install crews to date. Not to mention they were one of the friendliest.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Going on over a year now, One problem after another and they’re only fix is to add more caulking . My Windows are leaking and Tim the supervisor, stated that windows will leak when you have a heavy rain! And he added more caulking ! I have a complaint with the register a contractor against their license!

They have been fantastic. Our kitchen turned out better than expected. We actually ended up adding several other rooms after purchasing the kitchen. Can’t wait to get those areas installed. Will and Alison kept us up to speed every step of the way. So glad I found them!
