They had their sales people dropping off make-believe inspection reports in our mailboxes, which is illegal. I called being very friendly asking them to not go into my mailbox and letting them know that that is illegal and they were very rude. This is a big enough company they should know better than that. Stay out of peoples mailboxes It is a federal crime

We had an installation manager come to our house a week prior to delivery to review the project. He covered several items we would have missed in terms of preparation and the installation process. The on-site supervisor did a excellent job keeping us involved in the deployment.

We really appreciate working with Renewal by Andersen. They were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. We replaced our patio sliding door as well as a couple of windows. They had many options available for us to choose from that met our needs. Our install team Nick and Mason, were punctual and very friendly. They did a fantastic job with install and were very careful with not causing a mess and communicating with us throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

BEWARE!!!! We have had windows INstalled in 3 home 2 in Michigan and this last home in Menomonee falls Wisconsin for a total of over 60,000 .but in the last home there is a defect in one glass that they refuse to replace . They State it’s not covered on the warranty when ask where in our warranty does it say defects in glass are not covered they’re customer service states well it’s not in the customers copy . Beware of the Waukesha Wisconsin store And probably all of Wisconsin when dealing with this company. We now need to hire a lawyer for this defect is visible in a large picture window. Both the sales man and there inspector say it is covered but not customer service. But they are willing to sell us a new window.

They just finished the job, so we haven’t actually used the windows yet. We got gliders and so far they look great. The installers, Patrick and Cruz, were efficient, capable, pleasant, and respectful of the surrounding environment inside and outside. They went over everything thoroughly before leaving.

RBA was an amazingly easy experience. Our salesman Troy our concierge Kim and our install team Brendan, Ian, and Ethan were all amzing.
