They don’t sell our storm door anymore, so they won’t help with the seals on the bottom of the door…AND we had to go get the bottom seals of our entry door, no more coming out themselves to do it. We paid top dollar for both of these. They also said when I picked up the seal for the entry door they would be able to tell us which entry door we have and some WILL BE AT THE place….luckily a service man was driving out the driveway and seen me and helped me, nobody else was even there…very frustrating. And he didn’t know what kinda door we had…..

Champion has become anti-consumer as many other companies have post-pandemic. You will receive a quote during your in-home consultation that includes a “discount” of thousands of dollars if you accept the same day. This is framed as a way to save money and get the project started sooner. In reality, this is a pressure sales tactic to get you to accept their quote before you can shop around and make an informed decision. It is disappointing that so many window companies do this now. Champion also “discounts” their price if you write a favorable review for them on Google. This boosts their rating on Google and makes it impossible to know if their positive reviews are genuine. This review will likely receive a response from the owner that includes nothing but corporate speak justifying their anti-consumer practices. Ask yourself what other projects require you to accept a quote the same day or lose “discounts” of thousands of dollars. There are none that I can think of, and I have replaced carpet, HVAC, repainted, and bought new appliances. Do not allow this to become the norm for windows.

Sashes on 2 windows were uneven. Had them come out to fix. Cut through J-channel when removing old windows. Sprayed foam insulation on siding in several places. Caulked over weep holes on half the windows. Not very impressed to say the least.

We had trouble with a replacement window after we installed it. We called CSG Anne, and she was able to walk us through the solution to the problem. Anne is always so pleasant and willing to address our concerns. We love our Champion windows.

Just ordered 17 replacement windows for my 30 year old home from CHAMPION WINDOWS. I was very impressed with salesman Ryan S. with his home visit. He did an excellent job showing us samples of his various triple pane energy efficient windows and how they will improve our home. Very knowledgeable and courteous too. Been looking into various replacement windows for a while now and found the CHAMPION windows to be very cost effective plus a lifetime limited transferable warranty, Excited to see them being installed in our home! We were pleasantly surprised by the experience of getting an estimate of the replacement of our glass block basement windows and garage windows. The estimator was on time and very professional. The process (including purchase) took less than two hours. The estimator presented us with our options and guided us in making our decision to purchase eight Champion windows. Upgrading our eighty year old windows could not have been easier!
