Pouwels Basement Specialists LLC 2 days agoIf I could have given 10 stars, I would have! Over the weekend, our street flooded and many of our neighbors ended up with 3-4 inches of water in their basements. We had our basement repaired a number of years ago, by Pouwels Basement Specialists, and I am convinced that this is what helped minimize the impact of the flooding in our basement to a trace amount of water. I was extremely satisfied when this work was initially done and am now feeling extremely grateful.

Isaiah Handyman & Painting a year agoI called to try to set up an appointment, and when they couldn’t give me a ballpark for price (completely understandable, I didn’t have all the job details), the man I spoke to was very aggressive and defensive. I said I might have to schedule for next week to make sure I had the money on hand to pay the technician, and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Love having a truck with bright lights tailgate me while I’m stuck in the lane because of traffic, then later get cut off by the same idiot who switched lanes with an empty trailer and no turn signal because he waited until the last second to switch to the right lane for an off-ramp. Getting to the job site 30 seconds earlier isn’t worth the damage claim.
