Jenna was honest, knowledgeable and flexible in recommending a mixture of Impervia and Custom wood windows for our home and budget. Outstanding service!! Will recommend Jenna and Pella to family and friends. Phase 2 to finish window replacement in 2024 – Jenna recommended black custom wood casement and stationary windows for the downstairs. Jimmy and his crew again masterfully installed the windows and trim and mill work. Home run again! Love working with this team at Pella!
