Great company and guys to work with. Very nice and clean work.They would go out of their way to ask me my opinion on certain things. Top notch customer service and much better pricing on quality Marvin windows than pretty much every company out there. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had two windows installed and I am disappointed with the service. Initially, they attempted to convince my husband that a dehumidifier was needed to address water damage that occurred every time it rained. Eventually, they returned to fix the problem. However, the work was subpar and not acceptable in my opinion. Despite trusting the positive online reviews, my experience has led me to regret my decision. I would advise others to conduct thorough research before choosing this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. 7/3 Response: Thank you for your apology. However, I would like to clarify that the statement regarding the high humidity at my house is incorrect. I don’t recall any humidity testing being conducted in my house by your team. I have documented evidence showing that the relative humidity never reached the dew point of 45°F at any time. Also, I appreciate you reaching out and offering to fix the issue. However, I am not satisfied with the service and the final product. I am concerned that your team may not be able to address the problem effectively. The windows inside my house are not aligned with each other and are set higher than the door, which I find unacceptable. Despite returning twice after the initial installation, your team has not resolved this obvious window placement issue, which I did not mention in my original review. Bottom line, I am disappointed with the final result and would not recommend your company to anyone.

From the purchase to the install, these guys were absolutely awesome. Patio slider was replaced in a few hours and was so much better than the original installation even when the house was brand new. Mark and Rick made our install spectacular. Preston and Mike at the store were great to work with. Thanks everyone!

I had Northwest Windows & Doors replace 7 windows at our lake cabin today, that the owner come out, measure them, and had them custom made…. The crew of 4, were Mark G., Anthony R., Clint B., and Pat F…..they did a fabulous job installing all 7 windows, with sliders…. They cut and installed new trim on every window, which looks great…. On top of all that, they cleaned up after themselves and that was impressive to me…. Can’t say enough about how great this company and employees are… highly recommend them
