Austin from True Windows and Doors repaired a sliding glass door at our house in Snohomish. Every other contractor wanted to replace the entire door, but Austin was able to fix the door at a small fraction of the price and his rate for the work was very reasonable. He was super responsive and friendly and we’ll definitely call him first for any other window or door work we need and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their repair and the experience to do a good job.

True Windows and Doors is the best. I would never choose a different door or window company. I wish every contractor was as clean, responsive and skilled as Austin and his team.

Austin was outstanding to work with. Zero complaints on anything. He and his brother did two windows for me at a fair price, finished in good time, quality work, and warrantied his installation work. Easy to communicate with the whole way, very responsive. 100% recommend for any window work. -Nick

I cannot say enough good things. Rarely in home repairs does everything go perfectly…. from the responsiveness, on time, professional, fair price, follow-up, and execution. I originally found them with the goal to find a local company versus a chain, and I am so glad that I did. I highly recommend. I’ve already shared the information with friends. He replaced several windows and glass, and I will be using him again for future replacements. Thank you!

After doing a quick online search of local businesses that could fix a front door I found this business with already good reviews.I appreciate how quickly I got a response and visit regarding my front door that kept jamming. Austin was able to fix it same day.

Austin is simply amazing! From bid to completion it was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for high quality, professional and honest work then Austin is your guy! His pricing is reasonable and work is top notch. He replaced the double pane glass in my slider and large bedroom window and even took time to repair 2 other windows that didn’t open properly. I will most definitely be calling Austin in the future and you should too!

This guy was absolutely amazing!! Had a huge front window that broke and he came next day to do estimate. First thing he said is you have someone that can put this in because, it’s going to be expensive. He gave me the measurements. told me where to order the glass, and exactly what to ask for. So he had to spend gas and time to come do a free estimate and gave me free advise on how to save money!! His price for the labor if I couldn’t find anyone to put it in was 100s under the other quote I got. This company is a gem and a rare find!! Amazing people Don’t come along often… Thank you
