Wanted $250 for a basic insulated glass unit. Glad I shopped around as it actually only cost me $75 including shipping to order from Vancouver.

The rudest most unprofessional interaction with a business ever. Twice a scheduled appointment to come and take a look at the glass replacement project not only did not show up but when I inquired to see if you can reschedule, i was told that maybe someone will show up without giving me a window of time. I asked for a specific time since I need to make sure someone is present, and the person hung up on me.. They clearly very hard to push away business and wasted my time.

Called to get a bid for a stair glass rail. Made appointment to get the bid and they did not show up. Called and made an appointment for later in the afternoon which they did show up for and took measurements. Said bid would be ready later in the day. Called next morning looking for the quote to which they said they would send over. Made several texts over the next week looking for the bid which they said they would send. I still have not received a bid after two weeks. Do not bother calling this company as they are flakes and do not do what they say they will.
