French door installation and removal of old glass sliding door to the back patio and installing a retractable screen on that french door and also had it added to the front door as well. Took a while for the job to be completed but it was due to supply chain issues and not the business. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work.

We’ve used North Sound twice now — originally for a basement door replacement (tricky job; he made a hobbit-like door for an unfinished basement look great!) and more recently to replace all of the single pane windows in the second story of our 120+ year old home. We took forever to decide on what we wanted, and Rhett never lost patience and was always incredibly communicative. Rhett’s team on installation day arrived on time, was professional, efficient, and we are really blown away by the results. We would not hesitate to use NSHI again, and recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Photo before (leaky, old single pane) and after (acoustic-grade double pane).
