Tasha, the company owner, came to our house at scheduled time and measured our 13 windows for a quote. There was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. The quote was priced fairly and easy to understand. Randy and crew came on the scheduled day and returned daily until finished. They were respectful of our home and easy to work with. Our old windows were embedded and hard to remove. They figured that out and did a great job. Workmanship was good and they cleaned up daily. I definitely would call R&L for any future needs. Save yourself time, money, and heartache — Look elsewhere. R & L Windows either did not know, or did not care, to do a professional window installation for our family’s home. We have had continuous issues with the windows since the day they were installed. Here is our R & L story: R & L installed 18 new windows and 2 sliders for us, a whole home retrofit. They had some of the lowest prices and a decent-enough rating, so we figured it was a no brainer. After the installation was completed, we had painters lightly pressure wash our home to prepare for painting. When they did, 14 of the 18 windows R & L installed leaked water into the house. When the painters looked at the windows, they discovered some windows hadn’t been caulked at all, while others had been done so poorly that they were already failing. We decided to accept it and move on, live and learn. We paid the painters to recaulk the problem windows, which resolved the leaking — but only temporarily. This last week we woke up to discover water continuously streaming into our living room. The drywall is disintegrating, paint cracking and peeling. We are still assessing the damage, but that is the impetus for finally writing this review. In addition to that, they did not finish installing all the screens on the windows, nor did they install the latch on the screen slider door to our deck. They also didn’t install all of the weep drain covers. Usually, I’d call a company to resolve missteps like these, but there have been enough errors I don’t feel confident in their abilities. When it comes to windows, the consequences of a poor install are often catastrophic. Overall we are extremely disappointed to be having recurring issues with these windows considering this company had good reviews. If you are looking for a team of professionals, I would go elsewhere.

Hard working group of guys with 40 plus years of experience so they know there stuff and you will love your newly installed windows just and all around good group who knows there business who won’t disappoint.

I had two old windows replaced by R&L and the work only took a few hours and came out great. Reasonably priced compared to four other companies I met with from Thumbtack and communication was straight forward from end to end. Thank you team! Would recommend.

Was unhappy with the driver with plate number B91197G who cut us off on I-5 when my husband was driving me to the ER in Mill Creek. Not great representation for the company.

These guys ARE AWESOME. Very professional and friendly! Good guys who know what they are doing and do it quick. Just a couple of hours to do 6 windows. Clean up their mess n really friendly attitudes. Highly recommend this company!

Emailed with rough measurements and called a few times to get free estimates. Weited for a week to hear from them, but Never received responses from them.

YOU WON’T FIND BETTER PRICES OR SERVICE!!! It’s rare to find a company that offers both, but these guys are a stellar family-run business without any overhead or inflated prices. We’re doing a master bathroom remodel, and the windows have been the smoothest part of the entire project by far. From Tasha & Nick on the initial consultation, to Randy on the measurement verification, to Mark & Terry on the install, the whole team could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Special shoutout to Amy for taking for taking the time to type out so many personalized responses to all of my questions and being the only company on thumbtack to not copy/paste a generic pitch. Given that we only replaced two windows, I know we were a relatively small project for them, but they really went the extra mile to accommodate a couple special requests. We look forward to hiring R&L to replace all of our windows later this year, and I would strongly advise everyone to consult with them before spending more money with someone else.
