What a bait and switch high pressure POS company — do not work with them. They are not serving your best interests. UPDATE: We were cold called by cold-called by a telemarketing sales-person with the personality of a used-car salesmen: terribly aggressive to try and keep anyone on the phone. Not a way to run a business. Not one bit.

The windows are of great quality and the whole process, from purchase to installations was smooth. The installers showed up on time and finished the job promptly and professionally. Customer service is very responsive as well!

I initially was looking at 1 window, but knew all my windows were insufficient and failing. Eliot Hernandez came out and spent a lot of time with me and my son, explaining, teaching us on Harley Exterior but more so on windows and technology. Eliot made it very simple and clear to understand, as my son never dealt with windows before, but I have. Prior companies I’ve dealt with were “ok”, but I am thoroughly impressed by Harleys reputation, product, and overall service thus far. I am now waiting to get all my windows replaces, and with their top of the line product, at a cost that was Well Below expectations and I know far less than main competitor. Am excited. Thank you Elio! I couldn’t be happier with my new windows. Team was efficient, professional and really cleaned up after! Charmaine

Harley Exteriors has robo-called my phone every day this week with a new number each time. They call just long enough for it to register as a missed call so I might call them back. If you want excellent harassment quality and cheerful phone operators that sound like they “really enjoy their job”, be sure to link up with this top-notch company I can only imagine what other excellent practices they use!
