My husband and I stopped in the Tysons Pella showroom today with no appointment. We had previously visited a competitor and were left with an uneasy feeling that has made us drag our feet and delay our window replacement another 6 months. When we walked into Pella, we were greeted by Jasper Cunningham. She was incredibly helpful explaining the different Pella lines and manufacturing details. She patiently walked through all of the options. The way she shared information was just right…she was able to explain some technical details without overwhelming us, but she also did not oversimplify or gloss over our questions and concerns. We later learned that we got very lucky to meet her today as Jasper is usually not in the showroom and mostly meets clients in their homes. We are awaiting the estimate from Jasper, and as long as the cost works out, we will definitely move forward with Pella windows through her.

We reached out to Pella based on a recommendation from a good friend. They were extremely responsive, and we met with Bill Reames from their team within 2 days of reaching out. We looked at options with zero fluff, high transparency, and the team was super communicative throughout the process. We received a phenomenal zero-interest payment plan that I highly recommend, as well as a good discount which made the windows not only competitive, but lower-cost than some others that have been marketed to us. Their installation crew not only resolved some defects within our windowframes upon install to ensure the quality of the product, and the outcome looks phenomenal. We had a brief issue with a defect from transit on one of the windows, and Kusum Dhakal’s team made sure we got things sorted out at no cost to us, with a quick and easy replacement of a panel. Highly, highly recommend.
