I hired the window men for a 5 window installation this summer. The windows came in quickly and installation started in August. Unfortunately the initial installer did not have an eye for quality with the job as evidenced by the photos below. The photos with siding coming off came after a storm and the siding was supposedly reinstalled. The person would only work a couple hours a day and turned what would have been a two to three day job into approximately three weeks. The owner defended the installer and assured me many times the job was being done correctly. I had the installer stop the job multiple times because the quality was not there. The owner came out after the first installer “finished” and found the job had been performed inadequately. He had another installer come out and complete the job correctly this time. This person had to completely redo all of the work the first installer had performed. The final result appears good but only time will tell. I appreciate the owner delivering on the expected quality in the end, however, it was disappointing to see how long it took to address the initial quality concerns. It took many texts, calls, visits by both myself and my tenant to get through to the company the initial installer had poor quality work.

Good quality local business. Finished product is a stellar improvement over my old and gross peeling paint single pane windows. I have 18 custom-fit windows and once they and the contractors arrived (see below) the install was quick and clean. Took 5 or 6 total working days to complete. My only difficulty (not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things) was scheduling the install in the first place. It took repeated calling, getting different people, nobody has notes, get confused with a different order, such-and-such was discussed but not written down, a real song and dance to get the ball rolling. I understand personal things come up and sudden outages occur, but an electronic tracking or scheduling software and some courtesy calls in lieu of a no-call no-show would go a long, long way.

Won’t use again sloppy workers and forgot a window on the order took almost a week to replace 10 windows. Then had to come back 3 weeks later to finish. Finsihed product was good just had to stay on top of them to get quality.

The Window Men did a superb job in replacing my windows, gutters, and some vinyl siding. It looks absolutely beautiful. It took longer than usual due to COVID and the delays in the supply chain but the team was always professional and responsive and really good at their craft.
