I had The Window Man install casement windows in my townhouse in Alexandria. The Infinity by Marvin product is very nice. I like it a lot. The installation was underwhelming. They gave me minimal notice of when the windows would be installed. Alexandria requires permits to close off sidewalks as the installer wanted to use a lift. I could not get the permit quickly so they schlepped the windows up three floors banging the walls and installed them from inside the house. They did a three-day installation in two days. Several screens were omitted and some had tears in them. Some of the cuts that were made on the trim pieces connecting the casement windows with the fixed sashes were jagged and appeared to be rushed. I get that things go wrong during an installation. My two-star rating is because they never gave me the screens that were omitted or replaced the ones that were torn. I called repeatedly. They made promises to respond and never did. I emailed them many times too. They’re getting a two-star review because they wouldn’t take care of $200 worth of material on a $42,000 project. My recommendation is to hold back some money until you are completely satisfied. My mistake.

Window Man replaced all of our windows and French doors within the last 7 years. We have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of the windows and with the quality of the workmanship at the time of installation. Five stars for both! However, what has really impressed us has been the 2 times I have called them to replace a transom (cracked glass in one pane), and most recently, a window off track. Both times, they responded quickly and no questions asked. Window Man stands by its guarantees. Sandy, the admin assistant and scheduler, is friendly, kind and professional. Jesus, who fixed the off track window today was also very professional, skilled and kind. The quality of products and service offered by Window Man Fairfax, along with their clear commitment to integrity, deserves the highest rating.

We had 12 windows replaced. Six on the 2nd story. Mike and his crew were ontime and made sure the wood floors and steps were covered. They were professional and efficient finishing in one day. They took time to make sure the job was done right. All the debris was removed from the house and surrounding area. Ham our sales rep came by before the crew left to make sure the job was complete and that we were happy with the work

We’re so happy with The Window Man! They are an outstanding team of top-level, experienced professionals! It’s great working with Jake, our dedicated start-to-finish project representative. He has amazingly extensive knowledge in window replacements. He gave us options for high-quality, up-to-date structural materials, while still maintaining the esthetics of our home. He’s honest, intelligent, and totally focused on sound solutions for us to choose from. When we visited their beautiful showroom a few days later, Jake was with us, and we were able to see for ourselves exactly what he had explained. We have a lot of windows to restore and we received a full estimate within a day! A few days later, Ryan came to take precise measurements. He already had most of our details memorized and went to work quietly and efficiently, answering any questions and giving us a realistic timeline for installation. We very highly recommend The Window Man team! I will update once our windows are installed.

A great experience. Jake is friendly and informative without being pushy about their window products. We decided to go with Window Man because the representative you meet stays to assist with your project throughout your entire process and installation. We also like that they provide their own, in-house qualified installers as well as deliver a great product by Marvin. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Sales-installers-EVERYONE! All costs disclosed prior to signing the contract. No pressure to make decisions at time of initial consultation. Company has done several window replacements throughout our neighborhood. Highly recommended.
