My experience with Window World is amazing. I used them for windows at my old house & for my new house . Although I priced them with others, their pricing, Chuck Anya (my salesperson was not only nice, he was amazingly awesome & very knowledgeable, together with Josue Alas, my installer w/his helper. Not only were they prompt in showing up, but were clean & very professional & did an excellent install of 4 big windows that spanned two side of our family room.

I am very happy with my new windows and door from Window World! Dustin was great, patient, and worked with me on a cost/budget. Josue Alas and his team installed everything perfectly and in much less time than I expected. They cleaned up and kept any debris minimal while working. I’m very happy! I actually had someone walk by and yell, “Hey! Nice windows.”

Had an excellent installation today with Josue and his team. He was punctual and thoroughly explained what to expect throughout the day. Josue and his crew were meticulous and careful—a significant task with four doors. They did an exceptional job cleaning up inside and out; it’s hard to believe anyone was even here. They even took off all the stickers from the doors. After finishing, Josue demonstrated how to operate the new doors and gave me my warranty card and labor guarantee. This was truly an outstanding experience. Thank you, Josue!

Had a wonderful installation today with Josue and his team. He was on time, and explained everything I should expect for the day. Josue and team were very careful and thorough—a big job, 16 windows. I couldn’t believe how they were able to get everything done today, it really exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job cleaning up inside and out, I can hardly tell anyone was here. They even took the stickers off the windows. Once done, Josue showed me how to operate these windows, and presented my warranty card and labor guarantee. This was an excellent experience. Life time warranty means NOTHING from those people,, they blame everything on “nature” and not come through with what they are selling. I’ve had my doubts cuz there are so many negative reviews but not to this extent. Without even looking at it, the manager named Elias swears that it was nature that caused shutters to fall off,, never their workmanship. Waiting on call back from the owner named Greg Theatheridge who according to office person does not work anymore. It’s a company ran by incapable staff and lazy managers and an owner who is absent completely clueless. Stay away from them like a plague!!!

Great experience from start to finish with Window World (Chantilly, VA) Our sales person, Henry, did a great job by providing all the details we need to replace our windows and also to upgrade the exterior of our house. Installation team showed up within the promised timelines , Joshua and his team did an excellent job. We were pleasantly surprised with their amazing craftsman, Joshua’s entire team worked hard to finish our project on time and delivered excellent results. We are very happy with our new windows and can’t ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend Window World of Washington DC.

Dustan Swartz, Sales Rep, was very pleasant and thorough in explaining everything related to the type of front door and screen door I chose. He answered all my questions and concerns. His measurements turned out to be exact, which resulted in a smooth installation. Josue Alas, our installation technician was AWESOME!!!! He was all by himself!!!! He showed up early, introduced himself and proceeded to get to work. Pre-installation, he had us look at the front door and storm doors to make sure we agreed that was what we ordered. The install was perfect, he put all the finishing touches (did all the chalking) and he insisted on doing all the clean-up when he finished. He demonstrated and explained how everything functioned until we were satisfied. We are truly happy with the whole experience in dealing with Window World.
