Sugarhouse glass, including Evan and the office staff were great. We hired Sugarhouse Glass to replace glass in some of our windows and they were timely, professional and very responsive. I would recommend Sugarhouse Glass to anyone looking to have glass replaced in windows.

I was so impressed with the level of work and the customer service we received from Sugarhouse Glass and Mirror, that I had to write a review. I would recommend them over and over. They were on time, efficient and extremely professional. They went above and beyond what we asked of them, and the price was very reasonable. We had exterior glass replaced and a very large mirror removed from a wall. Thank you for the great work!

Scooted in there needing a rapid response and repair of a window screen. I got it; along with EXCELLENT customer service. Minnie, at the front desk, greeted me respectfully and responded immediately, leaving her station to speak directly to the technician, Jon, who followed her back to the front office to be certain of what I needed done. He took care of the repair of my screen at once, with a focused, concerned attitude. All of this happened under the watchful eye of the owner, Shad, (who by the way, has some pretty great taste in music.) They offer reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, efficiency and professionalism. I would go back!

Our experience with Sugarhouse Glass and Mirror was remarkable. Out of five companies we contacted, they were the only one willing to do residential glass and give us an installation date. The estimator was on time and gave us an estimate less than we expected. The installer was outstanding. He was punctual, highly competent and professional and, showed great concern for our property. My deepest thanks goes out to Sugarhouse Glass and Mirror!

Sugarhouse Glass & Mirror installed 3 shower glass doors and two mirrors in our home 3 years ago. Recently one of the glass doors failed (the top rail fell and the slider no longer worked) I called for help and recommendations for repair, didn’t ask for a warranty, just needed them to come repair and reinstall. Shad said they no longer have installers that can help. So disappointed. Beware, SHG does not stand behind the installation workmanship at all if beyond a year, not even to provide a paid repair service.
