Rob came through Even when he said they would be installed they were. He sent a large crew and the had all 21 windows in in 4 hours. Great work. Even sent out a rep John to see of I was happy with their work

I requested insulated vinyl siding. The salesman said the installers would be back to fine tune measurements. 8 months later they just showed up to do the job with 1 day notice and never measuring anything. I was working out of town. The siding was not insulated. The job took 7 weeks. The installer said he was running out of material. That must be why there are so many seams. The gaps in the finish and the amount of calk used is ridiculous. The salesman was a pill to work with on the non insulated siding. Eventually he discounted after I called their main office several times. A few months later 4 pieces of siding fell off. 3 months of asking them to fix they eventually did then the fixer is calling saying he isn’t getting paid by the company… The gaps and poor finish are horrible. The bugs love all the new habitat. This was the biggest waste of money and time.

Advanced windows is saying that they have been trying to get a hold of me to come fix this. Well, I did tell them I had problems long before I posted a negative review. After talking to multiple people they finally sent the same people back to fix it, I took off work, and the guys just said they didn’t see a problem and left it. Then I talked to another guy at the company, rob who said he’d swing by and look at it. He didn’t show up (I took off work again) and then when I texted him he said he’d swing by another day. I took off work again, He didn’t show up AGAIN. Called the office a few times but allorah literally never answers the phone. After seeing the quality of work and the sheer dysfunction of trying to get someone to take responsibility and do quality work, I wouldn’t let you guys touch the house with a 100 ft pole. Just give me some money back so I can hire a contractor to fix your poor work and I’ll be somewhat happy. It’s not like you didn’t have multiple opportunities to fix this. Folks out there, I hope you read this and avoid this company, I sure wish I would have.

We remodeled our cabin in Ketchum Idaho, 20 yrs ago. At that time we replaced all our windows and patio door with advanced window products. At that time we lived in Utah. They were highly rated, and they had a lifetime warranty which sold us. We noticed some wear on the seals. So…here we are 20 yrs later. Nate came this morning, and checked all our windows, and replaced seals as needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We cannot be any happier, and very highly recommend them. Thank you so much, Nate
