I would like to add phenomenal customer service! Kiffon Douglas was willing to risk losing a customer by giving me info that would help me find out whether or not our windows were still covered under warranty. Her kindness and her willingness to help as much as possible ended up saving us from having to pay $800+ for one window. That type of customer service is very rare, and definitely needs to be recognized! Thank you, Kiffon, and Window Monsters!

Didn’t return calls for days. They took 2 weeks longer than they said they would. Their installers showed up hours late with no phone call and they left all of their mess without cleaning up after themselves. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company and will never use them again.

I needed to order a part for my windows (something called a channel balance) and I called about five other window places and none had the part and none could order them especially as I only needed a few. But Window Monsters immediately told me it was possible and made it happen for me at a very reasonable price. They were kind and patient and just overall great customer service. Thanks!
