Windows for your home are a big investment. Like other reviewers mentioned, UWW has the process down to a science making the “sales pitch” process insanely low key with no pressure for upsale. Matt made me feel incredibly HEARD with what I was looking for, after having had two other companies pitch me… and he came through with a package that blew the others out of the water- performance AND price-wise. I will also note that the excellent communication and total transparency throughout the entire process was highly appreciated. Our installers did a great job and were very knowledgable, however, I will mention that I felt they flew through the install really fast and could’ve had a little more attention to detail- using clean fingers to spread the caulking (I have several places where dirt taints the caulking) and cleaning handprints and dirt from windows after install. Not huge issues, but something that really could’ve made the whole process completely seamless and put a finishing touch on the project. I did bring up some of my concerns to Matt which he was receptive to and helped address. Overall, we love our new windows and I would absolutely recommend UWW!

My windows are beautiful. Matt went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. Had a few hiccups with the manufacture, but Matt went to bat for me to make sure we got what we needed. Honest, reliable quality, and affordable.

We had a WONDERFUL experience using Utah Window Warehouse. I’m so happy I found them! Before working with them, my husband and I got estimates from multiple other companies and that process was time consuming, tedious, and came with a lot of sales pressure to buy their most expensive window package. I was so excited that Utah Window Warehouse could give us a transparent estimate without having a lengthy in-person sales pitch. They provided us with multiple great options and never put pressure to buy the more expensive windows; instead, they truly listened to us and helped us find the best fit for our family. Matt was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Everything was fast, smooth, and convenient. Plus it was significantly cheaper than any other estimate we had! We’re so happy with our windows. Highly recommend!

I was so pleased with my association with Utah Windows Warehouse. They are honest, prompt and efficient, I had estimates from other companies, but they couldnt compare with Utah Windows Warehouse. I not only saved money , but they were wonderful to work with as they did the job when they said and were awesome to communicate with. Utah Window Warehouse is not your typical sales company. We received sales pitches from 2 of their competitors, who were running “sales”. Those companies came to our home and made an hour plus pitch for our business. Matt spoke with me over the phone. Had me provide numbers, sizes and pictures which he used to craft a quote. No wasted time which we greatly appreciate. Once we had our quote, which was $7k (34%) less than the nearest quote and for the exact brand and model of windows, he then came to our home. The windows were delivered in 5 weeks not the 12 to 16 quoted by the competitors. His install team, headed by Jason, had our 15 windows installed in 4 hours not 2 days which we were told to expect by the competition. Overall, the quality of both the windows and install were outstanding. You can’t go wrong with Matt and his team.
