Do not use!!! They damaged windows while installing, 3 windows didn’t fit properly so they “made” it fit with one window with a gap that it doesn’t cover, they missed sealing entire sections of the windows, and more. It’s been 3 years and they said they will fix it but still haven’t.

Love the way our new blinds look! Lauren and Stephen were super helpful and the whole process was seamless. Initial measurements and ordering were made simple and the installation was incredibly fast. Great customer service all around and we’re very happy with the results!

Great family owned business. Reliable , knowledgeable , great customer service company. We bought doors and window treatments for entire house. Love both! Definitely recommend this company to anyone to try . My contractor Rick and Tyna recommended them to us . They were absolutely correct . Great people make great company.

This company is great! They truly do a great job and care about leaving the customer satisfied. Nick and his crew did amazing work and the owner even came by day 2 to make sure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. I would definitely use them again!

I just wanted to give Cool Casa Windows a shout out for phenomenal customer service after the sale. I had purchased a number of windows from Cool Casa and had them installed in November of 2021. During a heavy rain in December of 2023, one of the windows had a seal failure. It resulted in water getting inside and damaging an expensive specially made shade. After contacting Jim, he came out to look it over. He also brought with him the manufacturer rep. Jim agreed to replace the window and replace the shade. A couple weeks later, Stephen and Nick came out and replaced the shade and window. I very much appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. I also am very appreciative of Jim and Cool Casa standing behind the products they sell and taking responsibility for the unforeseen circumstances like the damaged shade. Service after the sell is an important attribute of a great company. I will certainly be recommending Cool Casa to friends and neighbors!
