I had Window Source of West Texas install my front door on my house. Miguel Baeza did an excellent job. He is a great craftsman and extremely professional. He definitely deserves a raise. I will not use any other company for windows and doors. Absolutely great experience.

Extremely pleased with the customer service and installation of their windows. This year i had all of my property windows installed by Window Source of Midland. I would not go with any other company. They always treat the customer right and Jason Loeppky installed the windows perfectly. So happy with everything! Customer for life!

I called The Window Source after a few solicitors had stopped by our house trying to sell us overpriced windows – Lisa was the rep who came to provide an estimate. She is the most lovely person!! Not only did she provide me with options, but we had such a nice conversation and she was extremely personable – not just another salesperson, a real genuine person 🥰 she accommodated everything we wanted in the quote, no added or hidden fees, a straightforward price. We had our windows installed yesterday – OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Jason was our installer and showed up a little late because I asked if they could work around my work schedule, and I had a very important call early in the morning – they said “absolutely, no problem at all, whatever works best for you” he had the 8 windows installed and sealed within a few hours. He was kind, professional and cleaned up immaculately! I almost regret not doing the sunroom windows because the price was reasonable and the service was impeccable! Thank you all at The Window Source for updating our original 1963 windows into 2024! I hope in the future we can get the rest of our windows replaced and when we do I know exactly who I’m calling to do it 🤗🙏🏻

If there is ever a 5 star company this is definitely it. Service superior to any I have ever had. The communication skills of these employees is incredible. All appointments were communicated and always 2 to 3 minutes ahead of schedule, reminders sent by text and always a call from the office. Lisa was our sales person and if I texted her a question it was an instant response regardless of the time of day or evening. She is very honest and knowledgeable of the products. Abraham and his helper installed 31 windows in a day and a half, incredible work, the windows and the work site was left spotlessly clean. He showed us how to operate the windows when the job was completed. This is an extraordinary Company in communication, service and products.

We won the 25 Days of Christmas giveaway! The whole experience was incredible. Sandy is the sweetest and her heart is pure gold. She made my whole year! She was very explanatory and helpful as we picked our new windows. She definitely knows what she’s talking about! Everything happened exactly as she said it would. The turn around time was perfect. Our installation was seamless and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our results! We can’t wait for our next project and definitely recommend The Window Source to all of our friends! Great experience getting my windows measured and ordered. Even though it was through a different contractor that contracted The Window Source for this install, communication was clear and concise between the two of them and myself throughout the whole process. Jason Loeppky was the installer for my windows. Very polite, courteous, and answered any questions I had. VERY clean installation processes, and any messes that were made were cleaned up when the job was done. 10/10 recommend this company for windows.
