After making an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an estimate on replacing 5 upstairs windows telling the operator to bring a ladder to the appointment the guy shows up an hour early and refuses to go onto roof to even look at the windows. Unbelievable. Then proceeded to tell me they only do vinyl replacement. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME for everyone involved.

I had Mansfield Glass & Windows come out to replace a broken window that was the result of hail damage. They were on time, professional, and courteous. The cost was very reasonable and I was happy to support a local business. They’ve definitely earned my business.

BUYER BEWARE! Mansfield Glass is gouging people since the recent hail storm Memorial Day. I live in a 55+ community and they were charging 250.00 to board up windows. Other companies were charging 40.00. One of my neighbors, a single lady contracted with them to replace 1 and 1/2 windows and they were charging her 1200.00. I just got a quote from another company for 200.00/ window. Shame on you Mansfield Glass.

We recently replaced 8 windows in our 20 year old home. I interviewed 4 companies, including two of the national brands. The bids came back with a high of $26,630 and a low of $9,309- which was Mansfield Glass. I would have gone with the second lowest company who were about $1,000 more, except that after asking friends and contractors who they recommend- it was Mansfield Glass- every time. I’m very glad that we did. The process was honest and straightforward from the start. The salesman came out , measured, explained, took questions and gave us plenty of time to decide. Upon paying a deposit and ordering the windows, until they were delivered, there wasn’t any time that we felt left out of the process. The windows were installed last week and they are exactly what we wanted, were installed with precision, and the install team took very good care of our home. They couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with. The warranty is clearly spelled out in writing, but I doubt if I’ll ever have to use it. I’m very pleased with our purchase.

I researched many glass companies to replace several windows in my home and after listening to 4 presentations and reading lots of revie, I chose Mansfield (Tx) Glass and windows. They were reasonable price- especially compared to those national brands, and today- when they were installed- I couldn’t be happier. They used a local manufacturer- North Texas Windows- which took about 5 weeks to make the exact windows we needed- and then took about a half day to install, beautifully. I must say that I’m very pleased and honestly surprised at how good this experience all was. Thanks for a great installation crew on top of the other staff who did what was needed to make the job complete. 10/10!

Had the majority of my windows that would not stay open. These guys came out looked at everything, found the parts/ordered them, and then today they installed the parts. Top notch service at an extremely reasonable price. Need windows, repair work, or shower doors/systems these guys make it happen!!!
