Andres did a great job on our window and glass. From our initial conversation he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Scheduling and communication were both easy and clear. He adjusted a few of our living room windows and was very patient. He also fixed a broken glass pane in our bedroom window. We asked his advice on whether we could DIY it and he explained it thoroughly. He never took advantage of our lack of window/installation knowledge which is what I really appreciated and it’s why we asked him to do the install! For us that spoke volumes to his integrity and work ethic and we are so glad we hired him to fix our window. If you have window needs, Andres/Pro Windows is definitely my recommendation.

I used Pro-Windows to replace all 9 of my windows at my home. My experience with them definitely exceeded my expectations. The process took little to no effort and the product quality is outstanding especially for the price! I love the fact that my house remains cool all day, that the windows give ita new look and that I had no issues with Pro Windows . I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
