Outstanding service! We purchased and had a sliding glass door installed in 2008. Yesterday (march 2018), the lock broke. Tim and Doug were able to find me the small part that I needed and the lock is now working. Thank you very much!!

They stand behind their windows !!! I had some issues with the builders install . The Quarrels window people took care of it even tho it was NOT a window quality issue . I highly recommend them !
