Just terrible, came down from $19k to $6200 for four large picture windows. Signed a contract put down payment. Week later they came to measure, everything going great. Call today 10 days later, they weren’t charging us enough as we selected their tan color. They wanted an additional $2k because of the color. We said no and Champion Sales Manager says they can just cancel the contract. Our response go ahead, just refund what we’ve already paid. So we will see if they do. Stay away from these clowns.

Huge waste of time. High pressure sales tactics, Kids don’t let your elderly parents anywhere near this company, they will significantly overpay for windows. Sales person and the sales manager came out. Sales person filled out a needs assessment sheet, I immediately felt the high sales pressure tactics coming. Then the light show on different windows, a large binder of pages, and a demo window. During the light show I was given a worksheet to fill out numbers. Then I was asked to write down a number I thought Champions windows were worth. (Super awkward). I chose not to do this. Then the tallying of the price was ongoing I was told the buy 2 get 2 sale expired, but they could see about honoring it. And was told to leave a google review. Why would I leave a google review at this point? There’s no transaction or really anything other than me being annoyed and in an awkward spot. After being asked like 5 times I left a google review, because I Couldn’t take the cringe and awkwardness anymore. Once the numbers were crunched the original price was $86k for 24 windows (not fancy windows, basic white double hung windows). That is an absolutely inflated and high number. Then magically it came down to 43k. And of course if I signed right now it would be 38k. Even with buy 2 get 2 the price was really high. I stated at least 12 times, no snap decision will be made, that’s way too much money to decide that quickly. all other estimates were 15k or more lower, so it was wayyy higher than any other quote. The sales rep kept asking if I liked the windows and warranty, which I did, but price is a factor. Sales rep kept brining up phasing it or financing, I said no decision will be made on the spot. The high pressure sales tactics kept coming!!! Suddenly a travel voucher for a trip came out for an 80% off a trip to Disney or a cruise. (Again, no decision to be made, not relevant ) No quote or estimate was left in writing, just a written on a piece of paper and taken with them when leaving.
