They took a window out and put a door in a custom door a year and a half ago did a great job and the doors working super super folks and I’ll do business with them again

Do not waste your time! This company should be ashamed of their quality of installers and their work. Nothing is level, Nothing is square. I’m mad at myself for trusting this company with my business! No solution from the owner, lowest quality service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away!

There are many options and many window companies, but we were very pleased to have our new windows replaced by American Windows of DFW. We had visits from several window replacement companies and your prices were significantly lower than the rest, yet the quality of the Alliance Window is very high. Your installation crew was very pleasant and professional, as well as experienced installers. They scheduled each day of installation to ensure that by the end of each day they would not be leaving any open windows overnight.
