I had 15 year old Lincoln doors and windows that needed repair and parts. The Lincoln website listed Hightower as the only factory authorized dealer in Texas. Cory sent Zach to Austin with the right parts and the repair was done perfectly. Zach was professional and did the work correctly. I will not comment on the price, but it seemed fair given the parts are very hard to find and they drove from Dallas to do the job. The company was easy to deal with and clearly knew their stuff. My thanks to Cory and Zach for a job well done.

The lock on my Anderson Door wouldn’t lock. Hightower Company came out and replaced the lock and adjusted the hinges and now my door works great – and locks! They called me before they arrived and confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends!

The guy Cory is a thief! Went out to give an estimate and charged $175, which we paid. Now, he doesn’t answer phone calls or emails.
