Amazing Exteriors did an absolutely spectacular job on our new windows. We replaced our old aluminum single pane windows in our 1971 home. AMAZING EXTERIORS was punctual and very courteous and professional. From the office staff to the installers was exceptional. I give this company 5+ stars. From the first contact to the last the experience and professionalism was there. The quality is excellent and our master bedroom is finally cooler. The house is so quiet as well. They finished with paint trim and it looks great. We’ll be calling again for other things too.

I was hoping the reviews about when an issue arose were not true but I can confirm they are. I understand paying for windows is a pretty price tag and I personally look at reviews for purchases so I hope this helps someone on their decision of who to purchase from. Great sales people but when issues arrive tough job trying to reach them. I had a contact persons information of who to reach if I had issues. I began calling last year with no luck so tried the email listed again without luck. This week I decided to give it a shot to see what reviews said and under the reviews saw an email listed from review responses so thought to give it a try. Received a response from Patricia and was asked to send in photos of the issue. Once I sent the photos in was told they’d have to review with production. To my surprise the email I had been emailing last year replied saying they had to send someone out to review because it did not look like a normal defect and instead looked like my foundation may be the issue. This company has no knowledge of what my foundation was like before and the photos show nothing of my foundation so to jump to that assumption was surprising to me. April stated if it wasn’t defected and instead due to my foundation I would be charged a service fee for the review on top of pricing for replacing my screens. This issue is for screens not even the windows. I currently have screens that are pointless being they are not flush to the windows so bugs get in yet she was quick to blame my foundation. The owner Chris gave the okay to waive the fee to come out to review what April referenced as my foundation. They jumped to conclusions to make excuses not to replace them and it isn’t even all of them. I asked her how would she know what to compare my foundation to if she has no knowledge of what it was and she agreed she has no knowledge of my foundation. Having no prior knowledge of my foundation they would have nothing for the service man to compare it to. Buyer please beware as other reviews stated, if you have an issue after install you will have trouble getting help from them.

I just ordered 10 windows from Mike McDonald of Amazing Exteriors. I was impressed by the high quality of the Marvin casement windows that we ordered, and by Mike’s expertise and knowledge. He helped me select the best windows for my house and gave me a great price. I have lived in my house for 38 years, and I just made a second purchase/order for fiberglass framed replacement windows with Amazing Exteriors and Mike McDonald. I was so impressed with the first 10 Marvin brand windows that I purchased a few months ago, that I ordered two additional casement windows (replacing vinyl framed windows). The fiberglass windows are so much superior to the vinyl windows that I have/had, and Mike made me an excellent price offer for these two additional large windows. I could not pass-by his generous offer for these additional windows. I highly recommend using Amazing Exteriors and Mike McDonald, specifically ! He is so easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable about replacement windows. The Marvin product that he showed me was top grade and beautiful. There is nothing out there that surpasses their quality and construction…..and I had been studying on which windows to buy for well over a year. I am very pleased with my new window purchase ! Juan

This is a tough one, given that we didn’t go with Amazing Exteriors after all, but only because we decided to go in a different direction for our custom front door. Nevertheless, Steve Blythe, was a pleasure to work with and was very easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs/wants. Should we ever have another project that calls for windows/doors, we’ll be reaching back out to Steve at Amazing Exteriors.

Tried to get a quote … because my wife was listed on CAD and I couldn’t confirm if she would be available (because she doesn’t care and wants zero input on the decision making process) would not schedule consult.
