I had a marketing person reach out to me for replacing my windows. from the time of them explaining about the program and providing estimation to the installation, it was a smooth experience. The time took for scheduling the installation was just in allignment to the time frame promised. The installation crew is very good that they understand our needs and respond appropriately. They know their stuff and at the end left home keep it clean with new windows installed and me happy.

The actual windows are great! We are in an older home and desperately needed new windows we love them! Malik and the person who came to show us the windows before hand were very professional! The install crew could have been a bit more professional, we noticed a bit of a mess and they helped themselves to the plastic disposable cups for water and did not throw them away. Only one of the crew members actually asked and I would have been more than happy to provide them with water had they asked, after all it is the middle of summer. We have a total of three restrooms and they were all used through the install, which again is okay but what failed to happen was to flush and put the seats back down on all three of them. A few hiccups with some damage on the property as well. Overall we are happy with our new windows, they look amazing and are keeping the heat out!

In the process of going through the purchasing and install. Will keep this review updated throughout the process. Update: There were a few errors along the way during installation but overall the team came through and made things right. We are extremely happy with the quality of these windows.

The windows installed look great and the service was top notch. There were a few issues with a couple of the windows but they were addressed immediately and will be corrected with no issues on our end. That’s one of the many signs of a good company.

From the initial contact, the measurements and window presentation, and then the 5 man crew that installed the new windows and the quality control person coming out to talk with me and look over the job it’s been fantastic! Our windows were original and 30 years old. Way past due for replacement and just in time for the dinner summer heat.

I just replaced 5 huge windows with Performance Windows, and waiting on a couple of smaller ones as well. It did take time from the initial connect to the installation, but the end result was fabulous! It takes time for them to specifically create the windows as per the custom size. Installers came in, removed the 1998 year windows and put in the new one all within half a day and less! Windows look great! Hoping to save some $$ over the energy efficient windows!
