We wanted to express our deepest heart felt gratitude to the people of Pella Doors and Windows. Recently we had a patio sliding door installed. The three installers were all very professional and courteous. They really did a great job on the installation. Frankly, these three gentlemen are exactly what a professional installer should be. Perfect job gentlemen. Really perfect. Thank you so very much!!! We would recommend Pella to anyone.

Maria Lopez – Service Coordinator was great to work with to resolve any issues I had with my windows and doors. Service Technicians were respectful, considerate, and very professional. Danny and Aaremy repaired / adjusted all my awning windows and replaced the lock on my patio doors. Omar replaced one of my large picture windows. Impressive that he was able to do this by himself.

1. Make an appointment in their website 2. Receive a call 1 day before the appointment 3. Don’t show to the appointment and receive an “your appointment was canceled email” 1 minute before the appointment. Don’t even bother.

UPDATE after yet another service call blinds still fail to work. Spent weeks on the phone. Received a new bridge. Blinds still fail to work. The only peace I have in this situation is the firm belief that karma causes cancer. UPDATE over a year later door is still defective and pella in El Paso continues to give me the. run around for repair. Pella corporate is equally useless. Terrible brand, terrible quality, terrible customer service. Too bad you can’t leave negative stars. Back in October 2019 I purchased what is essentially their top-of-the line slider glass door. I had an in home consultation with Ronnie Cline the salesperson at Pella Windows and Doors El Paso. I made it clear to Ronnie that the door was to be integrated into my existing control 4 system. The door cost nearly $11,000. The door has been paid in full. Ronnie assured me that everything had been set up and ordered correctly for the door. The door was installed in January. I was informed at that time that no connections could be made because there was no communication link however I was assured that the link would be ordered and they would return to install it. Additionally I was informed that one of the 2 integrated blinds was defective and needed to be replaced. Lastly, I was also informed that the install tech would have to return to add spray foam (he did return to do this) I heard nothing from them for a month. I made multiple phone calls email and left messages. I advised them that the install needed to be coordinated for a Monday because of my work schedule and needed to occur no later than 3/9 due to planned use of the room that would restrict further access. These requests were disregarded. A receptionist told me to use a paper blind. I am including a photo of this $11000 Pella door with its fantastic temporary paper blind. A technician did come on 3/9 however he had no communication bridge and was not prepared to replace the blind (he said sometimes they get stuck- clearly not realizing that the blind was defective on install) Ronnie tried to make multiple excuses that since they handle installations for Lowes that sometimes they simply cannot accommodate the needs of customers (even though the product was paid for and it was a Pella error that this door is not working properly). He then said I needed to pay him even more money ($460) despite the delay and despite the error in configuration being his fault in the first place. Additionally, the door is now letting water in when it rains. I have contacted Pella corporate directly at this point for a resolution. Update: no resolution thus far. Door is leaking and my living room ceiling directly below the door is damaged.

We used Pella in the past and the customer service was a lot better we have a total of 35 windows and the last 6 have been installed last year. However when we received a proposal for our Sunroom the estimate was $11,000 higher from Pella than what we received from Lowes for the same windows. We emailed Ronnie Cline the information he never responded to our request.

I think that the service department quickly forgets how much was spent on the product. Very and I mean very poor service. They dropped the ball more than once as well as the time issue to get things fixed is just totally unacceptable .

We had multiple windows and doors installed. Unfortunately, we never received one of the windows for which we paid. Their sales and service people (especially Ben Aguilar from Albuquerque) dodge phone calls and are not responding to multiple requests for a refund on that one missing window. I do not recommend doing business with them.
