The professionalism and care taken at installation of these hurricane impact windows was remarkable. I had some patio doors installed by another company last year, and had to have them back several times because of installation issues; so, when it came time to replace all my windows, I wanted to make sure not to have similar problems. Window Shop had great reviews, and I found that they exceeded even my high expectations, based on those reviews.

Ken, who helped us was super friendly and super helpful. We felt like he was genuine when he came for the estimate and we didn’t ever feel like we were being pushed into anything. His workers were very professional and well mannered and respected my home. I will be recommending The Window Shop to all my friends and family as well as anyone who is looking to have their windows replaced. Thank you again Window Shop we are extremely HAPPY!

I love our new windows. We have had to adjust the thermostat because we were getting too cold! The crew was extremely meticulous and went above their required duties. If you need Windows in the Corpus Christi area I give the Window Shop people my highest marks!!!

Thank you to Ken and his crew for bailing me out of a hot mess with another contractor. They came in the next day to fix the mess up done to my exterior wall. Everything was done right and to windstorm specifications. Once the wall was rebuilt, they installed my beautiful windows and everything looks great! Don’t waste time with shady contractors. Ken is an expert in his field. He lined up the engineer and the contracting crew, in a matter of days my problems were solved. Can’t thank Ken enough for everything he did.

DO NOT waste your time with big box home improvement people like Lowe’s. Give Window Shop a chance to show you how professionals do it. Ken came out and provided a thorough review of the windows in our home. He spent time explaining the different impact ratings and the entire installation process. He was courteous and professional and comes highly recommended. If you want quality and dependable work, I would call Window Shop.

My experience with WINDOW SHOP has been completely positive. Even with the effects that COVID has had on supply lines and availability of laborers, they got the job done. My special Thanks to Jeremy, who always showed up-even when he was the ONLY HELP. You did a beautiful job, my house looks Amazing. Best of all, I can get rid of all that “ply wood with hasps”, since these are HURRICANE WINDOWS, both beautiful and 100% practical. A Win-Win all the way around. I will only need to keep the wood for the front & back door’s, less work , less storage and if a storm comes- we won’t be in the dark, except at night. Had ken from window shop come give me an estimate and was very helpful. I didn’t use them but ken was very honest and didn’t try and just take my money when he knew what I wanted and needed. Would recommend them to anyone.

Ken was very responsive and honest. He let us know that we did not need a new window just glass replacement. He explained why we did not need the window and glass replacement would take care of any of our concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting an honest company to replace your windows.
